About

Joe was born in Puerto Rico in 1962. In 1985, he joined the United States Air Force where he served until he retired. After he retired from the military, his career of servitude took him right back to the federal government, where he served as a Management and Program Analyst for eleven years. In 2015, Joe became a Real Estate professional where he continued serving the Brevard community. After his wife Ann passed away from pancreatic cancer Joe found himself serving once more the Brevard community as an Operations Manager for Brevard Achievement Center, a non-profit organization offering training and jobs to disabled people.

Joe earned a Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University and a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Barry University. In March 2024, Joe’s desire to continue to serve the community launched him into politics.

Joe believes Congress is dysfunctional, detached, and self-serving. Joe’s plan, when elected, is to introduce policy limiting terms of service for Congress. Joe believes Congressional term limits are absolutely needed to head off interests groups controlling the government.
